Me and my husband live here now. Yes bugs and yes old and yes not very clean, but since I live here I do all my cleaning and bombed and we have our stuff in here , we took all their furniture out and put in ours. I clean everyday and now no bugs I will post pics later when done remodeling my room.. and I have no problem with the people who manage here. Very nice to us
Everyone knows this place isn't as nice as any of the places around it. But what's not to love about that price tag . And good words could be said about the owners, maybe.

Room was very clean and nice, bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Price was pretty good.
I don't think you can find cheaper in St Augustine but don't let that fool you the service is great the environment friendly it's definitely worth it when you want to save a few bucks,. Don't come expecting miniature golf, a pool or continental breakfast, but the coffee is hot and fresh and free-flowing from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., they have a quaint and rustic washer dryer combo upstairs, for your convenience, they're remodeling fixing things up, for a small fee you can bring your puppy. The usual cadre of interesting locals, are generally friendly accommodating and give southern hospitality a fair shot at a good reputation. tons of tasty restaurants within walking distance. With downtown St Augustine and beach access just a good bike ride or a short drive away, located right off the 95 at the first exit it's just a hop skip and a jump to Jacksonville. Sight seeing St Aug. or Jax. W/ your budget on the low low, looking for a comfort at the right price this is definitely the place to go go, if you want to stay longer then take advantage of their reduced weekly rates.
